Today we ran 200m sprints at our Saturday session.  And Coach Joan really pushed me.  I decided to use my watch and measure the distances and pace to see what I can do.  Here are my stats from today:

I don’t know how but I missed recording one of the sprints as we actually finished 10 sprints.  Certainly you can see that I was really tired after pushing it on Sprints 7 and 8.  Coach Joan said that I needed to break a 10 minute pace.  I did – but it was really hard!   My average pace was just over 10 and my average speed was 5.71.  WooHoo!
