1 Nov 2015: Week 2 of Zombies 5k

Second week of running training is going well.  I’ve finally figured out how to get the GPS to work and my first run of the week was 2.16 mi at a 15.32 pace (min/mi).   I’ve decided to train on Tues/Thur/Sun.  On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I’ll run (….well walk/jog) at the YMCA and then go to Memorial Park on Sundays.

I did well today on my Sunday run (Wk2, Workout 3).   My pace was really good for week 2 at 14:33 min/mi over 2.99 miles!   I just wished that I pushed it a little harder so I would have finished 3 miles.  So close…
