About me

I started running in October 2015 when I was 53 years old.   At first I could barely run 100 yds, but I kept at it - running then walking, then running some more.  I started running to surprise my sister (hence the Covert Runner blog name).  She was training for a Disney challenge (10k + 1/2 marathon).  I wanted to run the 10k portion of the challenge with her. ...
