My sister responded to my email saying “Maybe next year for Star Wars…:)” so I’m not sure if she knows that I’m running the Tinkerbell 10K with her or not. We recently had the phone conversation about all of my family running in January at the Disneyland Star Wars weekend….so maybe I’m in the clear.
Today I received a really cool gift for the race from a friend and colleague of mine. It was a new pair of hot pink running socks, running gel, Nuun hydration tablets and other running fuel. It was so nice to see the support that I have in both my training and my upcoming run.
My good friend, Brandy, also helped me create a really cool shirt. I’m going to wear it on race day and I hope my sister likes it.
And when I run past her through Cinderella’s castle…my sister will see this!
