8 Nov 2015: Week 3 of Zombies 5k

This week I don’t feel like I made much progress.   My mileage is now up to about 3 miles per workout, but my pace is staying just around 15 min/mi.  When I’m doing the workout I feel like I’m going faster, but I must be dreaming.   My Sunday run (workout 3) was 3.04 mi at 15:24 min/mi, duration 46:51.   But ALMOST a 5k!  Just need to go a little further.
